It has happened AGAIN. Why on earth would this BOY think it's okay to assault a young woman just because she is in the same area with him. I would bet my last dollar that this kid has done this before. Let us hope that this young JERK will pay, and pay dearly for this. This cannot continue, and on a school campus, dear God, are our children safe anyplace? It seems not.

Seriously....african americans need to be TAUGHT and RAISED CORRECTLY so they are aware that this type of garbage isn't alright. I just don't understand anymore...black families are falling apart and no one is doing anything about it. Role models are lacking, fathers are missing....so disappointing and blacks don't want to blame themselves.
