1. You don't have to eat what you pick in your nose, and it still gets it clean.
2. Maybe it's cleaner in your nose than in some fastfoods we go...

I've been doing it for years. Honestly and truly I have not been sick for 4 years straight- even with others around me sick. Pick your nose and eat it- does a body good.
